Flexible Order Quantities
We welcome buyers of all sizes — from importers placing their first trial order to established wholesalers with large-volume requirements. We do not impose minimum order quantities that exclude smaller buyers from accessing Egyptian produce.

Fresh and Frozen in One Relationship
ValleyPick offers both fresh and frozen sourcing opportunities. This means buyers can consolidate their Egyptian produce sourcing through a single commercial relationship — fresh strawberries during the season and IQF frozen strawberries for year-round supply.
As our product range expands, we aim to offer a broader portfolio of fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables from Egyptian production.
Export Documentation
We handle the export documentation process for international shipments, including phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and other documents required by destination markets.
Specific documentation requirements vary by destination country and product. We work with buyers to ensure the correct documentation is in place for each shipment. Buyers are responsible for confirming import requirements in their destination market.

Quality Process
Our Approach to Quality
Quality is a process, not a certificate. Here is how we approach it.

Grower Selection
We source from growers and growing regions with a track record of producing export-quality produce. Grower selection is an ongoing process — we do not commit to buyers on the basis of supply we cannot deliver.

Harvest Timing
Strawberries are harvested at the optimal stage of ripeness for the intended market and transit time. Over-ripe or under-ripe fruit is not accepted into the export programme.

Grading and Sorting
Produce is graded and sorted to buyer specifications at the packing facility. Sizing, colour, and defect tolerances are agreed with the buyer in advance.

Cold Chain Management
Maintaining the cold chain from harvest to delivery is critical for fresh produce. We work with logistics partners experienced in temperature-controlled export from Egypt.

Buyer Communication
We keep buyers informed throughout the shipment process — from packing confirmation to departure and estimated arrival. Issues are communicated promptly rather than after the fact.

We work with logistics partners experienced in temperature-controlled export from Egypt, ensuring fresh produce arrives in the condition it left.
ValleyPick is a sourcing and export business. We do not hold third-party food safety certifications at this stage of our development. Buyers with specific certification requirements (GlobalG.A.P., BRC, IFS, etc.) should raise these as part of their sourcing enquiry so we can advise on what is available from our supply base.
